It’s definitely the new avocado toast, in my humble opinion 😉 I enjoy it as both sweet and savory toast combos! This one is sweet (with a hint of salt, always) and packing with delicious, apple and cinnamon fall flavors. If you follow me on Instagram you know that I am kinda sorta obsessed with ricotta roast. However, one taste of this recipe, and you’ll see exactly why you *need* this combo in your life. So, you might be feeling a little like: Why would I want to put apples on my toast? Well, don’t worry, I get it. Brush the slices of bread on both sides with the olive oil. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 400-degrees. Scoop the fried egg and pesto over the ricotta toast.
